Splurge vs steal

I had been looking at this bag for weeks but at $155 it was a tough sell.  

(I should tell you there is almost no color in my closet - all neutrals)

This is way outside my comfort zone.  But this color speaks to me

I walk into Target yesterday and this beauty was there to greet me at the door.

The price tag was perfect at $24.99.

Much better for my experiment with color.

I'll let you know how it works out.

In the box

This happened to my mailbox today. 

I just love getting catalogs and coupons in the mail. 

Its silly I know but much better then bills and junk mail.

Weekend Fun

This weekend included time with my handsome nephew, a family party, date night with my man...oh and lots of good food!

Spring is in the Air

It's a gorgeous 75 degrees out today!  Spring is right around the corner.  I think it is safe to say there will be no more chance for snow.  I can't wait to see green on the trees again.   It's time for sandals, short sleeves and open sunroofs!
